Returns & Exchanges

At TOJI we want you to feel confident in every piece. While we carefully check each order before dispatch, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Size Exchanges

If your order doesn’t fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please check our Size Guide before ordering to reduce sizing issues.

  • Return shipping for size exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Customers cover return shipping unless the product is defective.

Important Notes

  • Requests must be submitted within the timeframe listed above (2 days for damages, 7 days for exchanges/returns).
  • Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items are final unless faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item is returned and inspected.
